Time to get together again in the cool of Fall as we all try to cram into the Lodge at Camp Tahkodah! Bring your stories, your memories (or what’s left of them), your old photos, your CPAP machines, crutches, canes, and wheelchairs, and let’s have some fun!

Chi Sig Brothers,
The reunion dates are three weeks from today! Hoping everyone can attend and catch-up with others that maybe you have not seen since graduation. We have a special request for this email.
- Please reply (to Malcom) if you are or are not attending so we can have a count for the food preparation and how many bunks are needed at the camp. If you have any questions about the event please send an email to Malcom or text him at 770.815.0981. Please include in your texts “Chi Sigs” so it will not be viewed as spam.

- We have attempted to contact as many as we can. However, please forward this email to others Chi Sigs that have not responded or may not be aware of the reunion. They can register at the web site.
Below are the details of the Chi Sig Reunion 2019:
Arrival: 2:00 pm Friday, September 20th.
Depart: Noon Sunday, September 22nd.
Location: Camp Tahkodah, 5095 Camp Tahkodah Rd, Floral, AR 72534
Bring: Sleeping bags, blankets, pillows for the bunks. Pictures you may want to share. Board games etc.
Cost: $70 per person, covering camp rental and food. Please bring cash or check.
2 pm: Arrival and registration. Bunk assignments.
6 pm-7: 30 pm: Dinner: Hamburgers, Hot dogs cookout.
7:30 pm-8:00 pm: Clean-up
8pm-Whenever: Welcoming and Reminiscing
7:30 am: Prepare breakfast. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, toast, coffee, orange juice.
8:00-9:00: Breakfast served.
9:00 Clean up.
11:30: Prepare lunch- Sandwiches…ham, turkey, cookies, chips…soft drinks.
12:00-1:00pm: Lunch served. (Maybe some special guests will show up)
2:00-4:00pm: Cornhole Competition (no wagering please)
6:00 Prepare Dinner “The Eddie Beene” fish-fry extravaganza. Coleslaw, hush puppies, tea, pie, soft-drinks.
6:30 pm to 8:00: Dinner served.
8:00 pm: Clean-up
9:00: Meeting & Devotional
Breakfast…same time as Saturday
9:00-10:00 Worship and Communion
There will be drinks and snacks all day on Saturday in the main hall of the camp.
